Digital Marketing & Website Executive - Hybrid

Al Madina Estate & Builder is seeking a skilled, creative, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Website Executive to oversee the management of their websites, SEO initiatives, social media channels, and digital content. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, combining both on-site presence at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, and remote work options based on the candidate’s expertise and job requirements. It is important to note that this position does not involve property sales or cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update WordPress websites to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Create, edit, publish, and optimize website content for improved user experience and search engine visibility.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks including keyword optimization and internal linking strategies.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and GA4, tracking rankings and analytics.
- Upload and optimize property listings, images, and related information accurately.
- Manage digital content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design basic professional graphics using Canva or similar design tools to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist with Google Business Profile management and local SEO efforts to boost online presence.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content quality and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on website, SEO, and social media performance for review and strategy adjustment.
- Identify and troubleshoot website, SEO, and content-related issues, contributing to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
- Solid practical understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Experience managing social media accounts and content.
- Basic graphic design skills, particularly using Canva or similar applications.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Capability to efficiently handle multiple digital marketing tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Elementor page builder, Rank Math SEO plugin, Google Ads, GA4 analytics, real estate websites, property portals, and AI-based marketing tools will be considered an advantage.
