Digital PR Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital PR Specialist to join our team, focusing on building strong media outreach and securing brand mentions on premium websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-authority websites, negotiating placements, and maintaining valuable relationships with bloggers, publishers, and editors to enhance our brand’s online presence. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with SEO and content teams to execute successful PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach premium, high-authority websites for PR placements.
- Engage directly with bloggers, publishers, website owners, and editors to negotiate article publishing that includes our links and brand mentions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium website owners and contributors.
- Conduct outreach via email and phone calls when necessary, including contacting authors, bloggers, and contributors to facilitate placements.
- Negotiate cost-effective rates to secure quality website placements.
- Analyze potential websites based on authority, organic traffic, relevance, and spam scores to ensure optimal PR value.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of websites, direct contacts, and pricing details.
- Collaborate closely with SEO and content teams to plan and execute PR campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Track all placements, monitor campaign progress, and ensure client requirements are consistently met.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional relationships with media contacts.
- Experience in media outreach, digital PR, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze website metrics and assess the quality and relevance of potential PR placements.
- Comfortable with making outreach calls in addition to email communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage databases and track campaign progress.

Location and Working Hours
This position is based in Bahria Town, Lahore. The working hours are from 2 PM to 10 PM.
