The Digital Production Coordinator plays a vital role in producing high-quality visual and multimedia content to support USEFP’s mission of fostering mutual understanding between Pakistan and the United States through educational and cultural exchange. This position is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering engaging graphics, videos, photos, and audio content for USEFP and EducationUSA Pakistan. The coordinator helps expand the reach and engagement of digital platforms by conveying clear and accurate messages to the public, applicants, alumni, and partners through online channels, events, and media collaborations. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and offices, event coverage, content archiving, and managing daily publishing schedules. This is a one-year contract position based in Islamabad, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a starting gross monthly salary of Rs. 202,487.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and produce multimedia content including graphics, infographics, short-form videos, and other digital assets aligned with USEFP branding.
- Cover events, workshops, and webinars through photography and videography, including conducting on-camera interviews with grantees, alumni, partners, and officials.
- Develop platform-specific content formats and recurring series such as reels, carousels, and alumni spotlights to engage diverse audiences.
- Coordinate with program and alumni teams as well as regional offices in Lahore and Karachi; secure photo/video consent and provide basic content capture training to staff.
- Maintain a well-organized, tagged archive of video and design assets, track equipment and software licenses, and manage the content calendar and daily publishing activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, media studies, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital media focusing on content production, photography, advertising, and communications.
- Proven hands-on experience in creating multimedia content including graphics, short-form videos, and photography.
- Experience covering events with photo and video, including conducting on-camera interviews.
- Submission of 3–5 links to original work demonstrating measurable impact such as audience reach or engagement is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and mobile editing applications. Basic skills in motion graphics or audio editing are a plus.
- Strong writing skills in both English and Urdu with excellent command of grammar and style.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling tools, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working with nonprofit or international organizations is desirable.
