Digital Signage Technical Support Engineer (Mid)

Vorson, a well-established B2B execution partner since 2006 and part of the TAG Group family of companies, is seeking a skilled Digital Signage Technical Support Engineer. With a strong presence in professional services since 1998, Vorson serves a diverse client base across corporate gifting, textiles and workwear, printing and packaging, digital signage, and marketing execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital signage deployments across various client sites, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and commissioning of SMD/LED walls, kiosks, and interactive displays, ensuring all equipment is set up according to specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently, minimizing downtime and maintaining system performance.
- Configure content management systems and remote monitoring tools to optimize digital signage functionality.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules across multiple client locations to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
- Train junior technicians and client-side staff on basic system operation and troubleshooting techniques.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand technical requirements, assess site readiness, and provide expert guidance throughout project deployment.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in AV or digital signage installation and technical support, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software components of digital signage systems.
- Proficiency with content management and display software platforms commonly used in the industry.
- Ability to independently manage multiple site deployments, balancing technical demands and client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
