Digital/Performance Marketer

MCS Digitizing Company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with a strong focus on performance marketing to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising strategies to drive measurable results. The position is based in Block 12, Federal B Area, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The salary package is competitive, starting at 90,000 PKR, and will be adjusted based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube platforms, including keyword planning and conversion tracking.
- Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on campaign structuring, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign data to assess performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee budget allocation and scaling of campaigns to maximize effectiveness and meet marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in campaign setup, management, and optimization on both platforms.
- Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Experience with budget management and scaling digital advertising efforts effectively.
- Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
