Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the production of telecom cabinets, outdoor enclosures, power cabinets, and related products. Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met. Lead continuous improvement efforts and apply lean manufacturing principles.
Telecom & Power Projects Delivery: Manage the end-to-end execution of telecom and power infrastructure projects. Ensure timely delivery within budget while meeting customer specifications. Supervise site rollout, installation, commissioning, and acceptance processes.
Partner & Outsourcing Management: Build and maintain a robust network of outsourced manufacturing and telecom service partners to support business growth and geographic expansion. Implement governance frameworks, performance KPIs, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Regularly assess partner capabilities, quality, and commercial performance to maintain operational resilience. Lead localization and partner development initiatives to enhance supply chain and service delivery.
Customer Management: Act as the primary operational contact for key telecom operators, tower companies, and enterprise clients. Manage daily customer relationships, operational reviews, escalations, and service delivery commitments. Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels. Conduct regular meetings to strengthen partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
Supply Chain & Procurement: Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. Ensure material availability while optimizing costs and working capital.
Quality, HSE & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Promote quality improvements and a strong safety culture across internal operations and outsourced partners.
Financial Management: Manage operational budgets and contribute to profitability goals. Monitor project performance, costs, margins, and overall operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop cross-functional teams across manufacturing, projects, service delivery, and partner management. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, manufacturing, and deployment services.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing telecom operations and projects.
- Proven track record in managing manufacturing operations, outsourced partners, customer accounts, and large-scale telecom/power deployment projects.
