The Director works closely with senior leadership to support revenue growth, client retention, profitability, technology enablement, and overall business performance. Ownership of high-priority initiatives is essential, including proactively managing obstacles and holding stakeholders accountable without constant executive oversight. The role focuses on translating strategy into concrete outcomes, enabling leadership to focus on long-term goals and value creation.

- Identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients, improve account profitability, reduce revenue leakage, and enhance client retention.
- Manage high-priority client escalations and technology-related issues that could affect revenue, client relationships, or business continuity.
- Proactively address barriers to execution by engaging relevant stakeholders and driving resolution without requiring ongoing executive intervention.
- Assess the commercial impact of strategic initiatives and recommend actions to improve revenue growth, profitability, and long-term client value.
