Prime Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and experienced Discord Team Leaders to manage and lead teams of sales executives in our Design, Development, and AI niches.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of sales executives.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and team coordination.
- Guide, train, and monitor team members to improve performance.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports and track team performance.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and instructions.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience .
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with Discord and sales team management is preferred.
🌙 Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
☀️ Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
