DISCORD TEAM LEADERS

Prime Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and experienced Discord Team Leaders to oversee and guide teams of sales executives within our Design, Development, and AI sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring team coordination, and driving sales performance in a dynamic, target-driven environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to foster a productive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve set sales targets.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain effective coordination among team members.
- Provide guidance, training, and continuous performance monitoring to improve team output.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and track overall team performance metrics.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and instructions within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in team leadership or sales management.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Proven skills in team management and problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with Discord platform and managing sales teams is preferred.

Job Details
- Location: On-site in Karachi, North Nazimabad Town.
- Shifts available: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Niches: Design, Development, and Artificial Intelligence.
- CNIC is compulsory for employment.
