We are seeking a skilled dispatcher with practical experience in North American over-the-road (OTR) trucking operations, specifically within the Canadian, US, or UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coordinating with truck drivers, carriers, and freight brokers to ensure efficient load management and shipment tracking. This role requires working night shifts aligned with North American time zones and offers opportunities for career growth within a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage OTR loads through load boards and broker networks.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries by liaising with truck drivers, carriers, and brokers.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates on load status.
- Resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, and other operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records including load details, rate confirmations, and dispatch documentation.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with carriers and brokers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between dispatch and operations teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Canadian or US trucking dispatching.
- Practical knowledge of North American OTR freight operations.
- Experience working with load boards, freight brokers, carriers, and truck drivers.
- Understanding of load booking, rate negotiation, shipment tracking, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong English communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in the UK market is considered a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 85,000.

- Employment type is full-time or contract-based.

Important:
Candidates with experience limited to warehouse dispatching, taxi/cab dispatching, local delivery dispatching, or general call center roles without specific North American trucking dispatch experience will not meet the core requirements for this position.
