Flink Freight Logistics, a rapidly expanding company specializing in Over-the-Road (OTR) freight forwarding and logistics, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in Saddar Rawalpindi. This role involves managing OTR load bookings, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong carrier relationships to ensure efficient freight operations. The position requires working the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 75,000 per month, along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers to optimize freight movement.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
- Negotiate freight rates effectively to maximize profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system for each load.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in call center or logistics environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial.
