Dispatch Coordinator

&K Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join the Inventory Department at our plant located on Sheikhupura Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily dispatch activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records to support efficient stock movement and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations by coordinating closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and monitor stock movement to support inventory control.
- Ensure timely deliveries by overseeing the entire dispatch process and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate accurate and efficient order processing.
- Maintain all dispatch documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for audit and operational purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: Graduation.
- Experience: Between 6 months to 1 year in a relevant role involving dispatch coordination or inventory management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively liaise with various teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for maintaining and analyzing dispatch records.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all dispatch-related tasks.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this position.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Sheikhupura, Mughalpura, or Shahdrah will be given preference due to the work location requirements.
