Anwar Khawaja Composites (AKC) is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join their Dispatch Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will oversee stock receiving, order segregation, quality inspection coordination, product labeling, and dispatch activities. This role requires close collaboration with production, MRP, inspection, export, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock handling, proper documentation, and timely dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive finished goods from the Production Department and verify stock quantities against relevant records.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and MRP Officer to provide regular updates on received stock.
- Segregate products according to destination country and order priority to streamline dispatch processes.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of orders.
- Assist the Inspection Officer in conducting quality checks prior to dispatch.
- Identify defective products and classify faults based on severity.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to return products with major faults for rework and ensure minor faults are addressed within the warehouse.
- Ensure products are accurately labeled according to the requirements of the destination country.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary labeling and shipment documentation.
- Guide warehouse staff on proper stock handling, inspection, and dispatch procedures.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant departments to support efficient dispatch operations.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with multiple departments.
- Good organizational and analytical abilities to manage stock and dispatch priorities.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support warehouse staff.
- High attention to detail in stock verification, product labeling, and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize orders and manage dispatch activities efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company procedures.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. This is an in-person role based at the company’s Dispatch Warehouse.
