We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Associate to join our logistics operations team based in Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating final-mile delivery operations, ensuring drivers adhere to schedules, deliveries are tracked in real time, and any operational challenges are promptly addressed. This role requires daily interaction with drivers, warehouse teams, carriers, business customers, and internal support teams, making strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Route Planning & Optimization: Develop and manage final-mile delivery routes considering capacity, geography, delivery windows, and operational needs.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and oversee B2B delivery appointments while maintaining accurate customer records, including receiving hours, dock details, and special delivery instructions.
- Driver Coordination: Monitor drivers during their routes, provide real-time updates, and assist with resolving any on-road issues.
- Operational Monitoring: Track delivery progress, transit times, and on-time delivery KPIs to ensure consistent service quality.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouses, dispatch teams, carriers, and internal support to ensure smooth and timely delivery execution.
- Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with B2B customers via calls and emails, providing delivery updates and resolving service-related inquiries.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate dispatch reports, delivery logs, customer records, and other operational documentation using Excel and reporting tools.
- Issue Resolution: Respond to incoming calls and operational requests, offering timely support to drivers and customers.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, delivery operations, or a similar area.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with US delivery or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Understanding of routing, delivery windows, final-mile operations, and logistics workflows.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), routing software, GPS tracking, or mapping systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confidence in communicating with US-based customers, drivers, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
