Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Female Dispatch Executive to join their team at Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and involves supporting daily dispatch and logistics operations. The successful candidate will coordinate drivers, track shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication among drivers, brokers, and customers. This position requires good communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a strong interest in learning about US trucking and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and assist with driver scheduling. Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers regarding load assignments, pickup times, and delivery updates. Track shipments and monitor load status to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate dispatch records and update information in internal systems. Assist in preparing and organizing dispatch documents, including load details and delivery information. Follow up on delays, scheduling changes, and other operational issues promptly. Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders. Provide administrative support related to dispatch and logistics operations as needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. One to two years of relevant experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Good command of English communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and online systems. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to learn about US trucking, freight dispatching, and logistics procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, customer service, or administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
