The Dispatch Officer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division, responsible for managing daily transportation operations for medical appointments in the USA. This role involves scheduling and assigning vehicles and drivers, monitoring trip progress, and ensuring punctual pick-ups and drop-offs. The Dispatch Officer acts as a key communication link, responding to calls and messages, updating trip logs, and promptly informing drivers, patients, and healthcare facilities of any changes or emergencies. Maintaining accurate records and verifying route information are essential duties, alongside supporting compliance with safety and service standards. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is critical to resolving issues efficiently and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily transport schedules by assigning vehicles and drivers for medical appointments.
- Monitor trip progress to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Respond promptly to calls and messages from drivers, patients, and healthcare partners.
- Update trip logs and maintain accurate records of all transport activities.
