Innovative Biscuits (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Officer to join its team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring that goods are loaded, unloaded, and delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between warehouse staff, transporters, and internal departments to maintain smooth logistics and uphold the company’s high standards for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch operations, including coordinating the loading and unloading of goods.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate dispatch documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment records.
- Monitor inventory levels related to dispatch activities and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain effective communication with warehouse teams, transporters, and other relevant departments to track shipment status.
- Resolve any delivery or shipment issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and distribution processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in dispatch coordination, logistics management, and shipment tracking.
- Strong ability to maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to dispatch activities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple dispatch activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards relevant to warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Prior experience in dispatch, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Minimum qualification of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
