Dispatch Rider

This position is based locally in District Quetta and involves supporting administrative operations by performing official duties under the supervision of the Superintendent (Admin) and Assistant Director (Admin). The primary responsibility is to deliver mail and cheques to designated departments and hospitals, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. The role also requires maintaining the motorcycle logbook, reporting promptly to the Admin Branch after each delivery, and ensuring the motorcycle’s cleanliness and safe custody both at the office and while on duty. Additional tasks may be assigned by authorities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform official duties as directed by Superintendent (Admin) and Assistant Director (Admin).
- Deliver mail and cheques to relevant departments and hospitals efficiently and securely.
- Maintain and complete the motorcycle logbook accurately.
- Submit delivery reports immediately to the Admin Branch after completing each task.
- Ensure the motorcycle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Safely park and secure the motorcycle both at the office and during duty hours.
- Undertake any other assignments assigned by the authorities from time to time.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Middle school pass.
- Valid driving license with thorough knowledge of traffic rules.
- Age limit: 18 to 30 years, with an additional relaxation of 5 years for General candidates and 5 years for candidates from Balochistan, making the maximum age 40 years.
- Must be locally based in District Quetta.
