Dispatcher - BPO

We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our BPO team located in Blue Area, Islamabad. This position requires working night shifts and offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and 60,000. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and coordination skills. This is an in-person role focused on efficiently managing dispatch operations during night hours to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch jobs and orders promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor schedules, assignments, and job statuses to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Keep accurate records and provide timely updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO or dispatch-related roles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts consistently.
