Dispatcher

Rexen Consultancy (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized Dispatcher to join their team at the G-8 Markaz office in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite position involves coordinating daily deliveries, managing drivers, and overseeing transportation activities to ensure smooth and timely operations. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled deliveries and collections.
- Communicate regularly with drivers, clients, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor delivery schedules and track vehicles and orders throughout the day.
- Efficiently handle delays, route changes, and any operational issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch and delivery activities.
- Provide timely updates and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to manage daily transportation requirements.
- Adhere to company procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in roles such as Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, or similar positions is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal.
