We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Karachi, based at PECHS Block 6 (Fortune Tower). This full-time, on-site position operates during the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, six days a week. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a vital role in coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. As a Dispatcher, you will manage schedules, coordinate field teams and drivers, and maintain timely communication between staff and customers. Your ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to appropriate locations.
- Monitor routes and adjust schedules to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate updates, instructions, and provide support to field teams.
- Track job progress and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Handle incoming calls, service requests, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and reports.
- Coordinate with management to resolve delays or emergencies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role involving fleet or vendor management.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, along with dispatch software tools.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
