Dispatcher

We are seeking a confident, organized, and communicative individual to join our dynamic logistics team as a Dispatcher. In this role, you will work closely with UK courier operations, serving as the vital connection between drivers and customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every delivery is executed smoothly and on time. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assign delivery jobs to drivers based on their current location and availability.
- Provide timely updates to drivers and customers regarding estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
- Monitor deliveries to guarantee punctual pickups and drop-offs.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Negotiate rates with clients when required.
- Address and resolve delays or issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery jobs and payment transactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of UK courier or logistics operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous dispatching experience is preferred but not essential.
