Dispatcher

Black Urban Tech is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our Operations team at our High Q Tower location in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating transportation services, managing communication between clients and drivers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior dispatch experience is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage ride bookings in real time to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate professionally with clients, drivers, and affiliates through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Monitor ongoing trips to guarantee punctual pickups and drop-offs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and dispatch activities for operational transparency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Clear, confident, and professional speaking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, BPO, hospitality, logistics, or transportation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at least two of the following shifts: Morning (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), Evening (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM), or Night (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM).
