We are seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to join our team based in Lahore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with owner-operator truckers across the USA, assisting them with onboarding onto our Motor Carrier (MC) authority and managing their freight loads from initiation to completion. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard owner-operator truckers by completing all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Search for and secure loads using load boards, while negotiating competitive rates with brokers.
- Coordinate all aspects of pickup, delivery, and check calls, ensuring each load is tracked until successfully delivered.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and brokers, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise during transit quickly and effectively.
- Keep detailed records of loads, negotiated rates, and relevant documentation for operational and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient spoken and written English skills, as daily communication with US-based drivers and brokers is essential.
- Basic computer literacy with a willingness to learn and adapt to load boards and dispatch software platforms.
- Ability to work the designated shift from our Johar Town office in Lahore.
- While prior dispatching or logistics experience is advantageous, we welcome serious candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000. This is an in-person role based out of our Lahore office, providing a collaborative environment where you will gain valuable experience in the trucking and logistics industry.
