This role involves overseeing the effective management and coordination of district-level operations to ensure that staffing, provider engagement, and resource allocation align with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising financial and human resource activities, facilitating communication between providers and the district office, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. This position requires strong leadership skills to conduct performance appraisals, organize community meetings, and support monitoring and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that the projected number of staff members are onboarded at the district office in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the onboarding and engagement of private providers within the district.
- Act as the primary liaison for district providers, addressing all official matters efficiently.
- Oversee the timely approval of data submissions in the FLAME system to maintain data integrity.
- Supervise all financial activities related to the components operating within the district, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure that instruments and equipment are distributed to providers according to established protocols.
- Maintain and verify the existence and upkeep of fixed assets at the district office.
- Compile and share a complete and updated database of providers with regional teams on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of the projected number of Mohallah meetings for each provider to foster community engagement.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and carry out staff needs assessments to support professional development.
- Monitor the use of resources to ensure adherence to MSS protocols and guidelines.
- Lead monthly desk meetings with field teams to review reports, discuss challenges, and strategize solutions.
- Manage all HR-related matters within the district, including staff supervision and support.
- Facilitate piloting of new initiatives and assist in research and studies conducted by the Senior Officer (SO).
- Support Quality Assurance (QA), Internal Audit (IA), and third-party verification or evaluation teams during assessments, monitoring, and audits.
- Coordinate visits from internal and external stakeholders sent by MSS to the district office.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a strong understanding of project management processes and community development principles.

Compensation and Work Location

- Monthly salary range: Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
- This is an in-person position based at the district office.
