We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various import-related documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires effective communication with customers and internal teams, as well as handling administrative tasks related to shipment and container management. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 65,000 to Rs 75,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Issue delivery orders and promptly address all import-related queries to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage counter customer interactions, providing clear and professional assistance.
- Handle container refund cases efficiently, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate counterpart messages and obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from shipping lines.
- File shipment manifestations accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Documentation Officer or in import/export documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or shipping environment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work in person at the designated work location.
