Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural applications for new deals and significant change requests in existing engagements by creating enterprise-wide business and domain architecture deliverables tailored to target audiences and their challenges.
- Identify opportunities to leverage high-level business and operating models, integrating business, people, information, technology, and solutions.
- Contribute to the Target Architecture by maintaining and aligning the technology roadmap with business strategies.
- Promote innovative technology use to enhance performance metrics.
- Collaborate with IS and business stakeholders to drive adoption of target architecture within the domain.
- Establish domain-specific standards, strategies, and roadmaps that support enterprise-wide frameworks.
- Guide solution development from concept to delivery, ensuring feasibility, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Oversee product and platform engineering, including protocol mapping and virtualization, aligned with business requirements.
- Lead research and development initiatives such as proofs of concept and prototypes when introducing new technologies.
- Partner with IT and business units to clarify needs, develop long-term system plans, and align IT products and services with business objectives.
- Define high-level migration plans addressing gaps between current and future states, coordinating with budgeting and capital planning.
- Provide technology consulting to architects and technical teams to ensure coherent multi-domain solutions.
- Engage with enterprise architects, OEMs, and technical leads to define business solutions and create comprehensive RFPs aligned with client standards and technology stacks.
- Articulate and advocate architectural targets, reusable patterns, and investment roadmaps.
- Manage portfolios of business and domain requirements, analyzing technology environments to design collaborative solutions for big and small data.
- Deliver technical leadership for custom solution implementation using modern technologies.
- Analyze current issues, recommend improvements, and validate solutions from technical, cost, and customer differentiation perspectives.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to anticipate future needs and track industry trends to inform IT planning.
- Develop intellectual property including services, patterns, and organizational approaches, embracing Agile and DevOps principles to automate application processes.
- Serve as technical owner for domain-specific solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with executives, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
- Translate business strategy into execution in collaboration with enterprise architects.
- Establish technical and business process metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to drive results.
- Identify and mitigate technical, process, and structural risks across projects.
- Ensure quality assurance of architectural decisions and provide technical support to delivery teams.
- Recommend tools and automation to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
- Lead development and maintenance of enterprise frameworks and artifacts.
- Provide architectural oversight to ensure alignment with business strategies, financial targets, and enterprise standards.
- Negotiate and coordinate with client teams to meet requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and technical expertise to build client confidence and act as a trusted advisor.

Required Qualifications

- Over 10 years of experience in technology architecture and solution development.
- Proficiency with CAD tools and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Strong expertise in defining technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
- Proven ability to lead complex solution design, delivery, and integration.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external partners.
- Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
