Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and change, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct detailed market analysis and validate benchmarking studies. Evaluate alternative process and functional methodologies to recommend effective solutions.

Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit evaluations of proposed strategies to support informed planning decisions, including the assessment of third-party products where applicable.

Optimization Initiatives: Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate potential enhancements, and propose solutions that align with business objectives and established best practices.

Technical Documentation: Prepare drafts of technical documentation related to business processes and system configurations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Revenue Growth: Contribute to the design of proposals that align with recommended solutions, supporting business development and revenue enhancement efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in Securities and Capital Markets.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, market research, and process optimization within the financial services or related sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses.
- Proven ability to prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
