Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and change, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct detailed market analysis and validate benchmarking studies. Propose alternative process and functional methodologies based on findings.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit evaluations of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including assessing the suitability of third-party products.
- Optimization Initiatives: Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate potential enhancements, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare drafts of technical documentation related to business processes and system configurations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to the design of proposals that align with the recommended solutions, supporting business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, market research, and process optimization.
