Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary client contact, leading engagements with minimal support from Consulting and Client Partners.
- Analyze, assess, and validate clients’ business strategies, including industry positioning, competitive landscape, and strategic direction.
- Develop tailored solutions and services aligned with the client’s business strategy.
- Estimate project scope and delivery liabilities to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue in both existing and new business areas.
- Lead client engagements, managing team contributions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Drive proposal development and presales activities for new engagements and accounts.
- Contribute to the formulation of practice policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Lead initiatives to build reusable go-to-market offerings, off-the-shelf solutions, and process methodologies.
- Create intellectual property from managed projects to support future reuse and scalability.

Required Qualifications

- Over 10 years of experience in the downstream Oil and Gas sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and lead solution delivery.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, data analysis, gap diagnosis, and defining business requirements.
- Experience facilitating meetings and contributing to project planning.
- Demonstrated capability to proactively engage with clients and contribute to solution building.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
