Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis: Analyze client business processes to identify areas for improvement and change, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. This involves a thorough understanding of current workflows and identifying gaps or inefficiencies that can be optimized.

Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct detailed market analysis and benchmarking studies to validate proposed alternate processes and functional methodologies. Perform cost-benefit analyses of suggested strategies to support decision-making, including evaluating third-party product options when applicable.

Optimization Initiatives: Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements that align with business objectives and established best practices. This includes evaluating the impact of changes and ensuring they contribute to operational excellence.

Technical Documentation: Prepare drafts of technical documentation related to business processes and system configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate inputs and ensure comprehensive and clear documentation.

Revenue Growth: Actively participate in designing proposals that align with the recommended solutions, contributing to business development and revenue generation efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Functional experience with NetOxygen.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, market research, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses.
- Proven ability to prepare technical documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in contributing to proposal design and business growth initiatives.
