Domestic Call Center Agent Local

Emenac is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat. This role requires someone who can maintain professionalism under pressure, communicate clearly, and deliver excellent customer service. While prior experience in customer service is advantageous, the company is willing to provide training for the right candidate. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Etihad Town, Raiwand Road.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and improve service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Sales experience is mandatory, along with proficiency in writing professional emails.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore.
- Ability to commute to the office location in Etihad Town, Raiwand Road.
- Minimum education level: Intermediate (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
- Competitive monthly salary of Rs40,000.00.
