We are seeking a skilled Construction Draftsman to join our team for a multistory/high-rise construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and maintaining detailed technical drawings that align with project specifications. This role requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil, architectural, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and as-built drawings.
- Modify drawings based on instructions from engineers and architects.
- Review drawings to identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Coordinate drawings to align with structural and MEP requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction details as needed.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and manage revisions.
- Work closely with site engineers to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
- Produce as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and approved specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical drafting skills.
- Experience working on multistory or high-rise construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Solid understanding of construction details and building components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and coordinate with site teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of Revit or BIM software will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
- This position requires in-person attendance at the work location.
