Draftsman

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate complex architectural and engineering concepts into precise, high-quality technical drawings. This role requires a professional who can contribute effectively from initial design stages through to final construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings, progressing from initial concepts to finalized construction documents.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to ensure the design intent is accurately captured and represented.
- Maintain and update project drawing logs, ensuring all revisions are properly tracked and implemented in a timely manner.
- Ensure all drafting outputs comply with project specifications, local building codes, and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate and interpret structural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working on large-scale projects, particularly in high-rise buildings, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows considered a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Local Development Authority (LDA) regulations and local bye-laws.
- Demonstrated ability to produce error-free documentation under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
