We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and layouts for custom closets, converting design concepts and client requirements into accurate CAD drawings and production-ready documents. This role requires close collaboration with designers, production teams, and installation staff to ensure all drawings meet company standards and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings and layouts based on design briefs and client specifications.
- Review and update plans according to site measurements and project changes.
- Develop cutting lists and assembly diagrams to support manufacturing and installation processes.
- Maintain organized records of all technical drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of precise technical documents.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, local building practices, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical drafting skills with proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans accurately.
- Understanding of carpentry, joinery, or furniture manufacturing processes, including knowledge of materials, hardware, and construction methods used in custom closets.
- Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in measurements and dimensioning suitable for production and installation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within furniture, cabinetry, or interior fit-out industries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and familiarity with local building practices.
