Draftsman & Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman and Site Supervisor with a solid background in Housing Societies, High-Rise Apartments, and Commercial Construction Projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical drafting skills, hands-on site supervision experience, and the capability to oversee construction activities in alignment with approved drawings and project specifications. This role requires effective coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project management teams.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, and overall project progress.
- Conduct site inspections and address any technical issues that arise promptly.
- Prepare detailed site progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience working on Housing Societies, High-Rise Apartments, and Commercial Projects is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to work with construction drawings effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil or a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
- Work location requires physical presence on-site to manage and supervise construction activities directly.
