Driver Manager Required for UK Bases Minicab Company

Kurv London Ltd, a well-established company based in London, specializes in airport transfers and minicab services. As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organised Driver Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing driver recruitment, managing driver compliance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working full-time during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new drivers, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation for all drivers under your supervision.
- Conduct weekly checks on drivers and vehicles to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing driver performance and operational metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with drivers and management.
- Education to an intermediate level or above, such as A-levels or an equivalent qualification in any subject.
- Availability to work full-time during day shifts, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time position with a consistent day shift schedule.
- Employees are entitled to one day off per week, specifically Sunday, allowing for work-life balance.
- Complimentary tea and coffee are provided at the office to create a comfortable working environment.
- Please note that transport and meals are not included as part of the benefits package.
- The monthly salary range for this role is Rs40,000.00 to Rs65,000.00.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the workplace.
