Drop Shipping Expert

Romeo Staffing Agency (RSA) is seeking a skilled and motivated Dropshipping Expert to join our team in P.E.C.H.S., Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and expanding our e-commerce dropshipping operations with a focus on product research, supplier sourcing, store management, order processing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in identifying profitable products, optimizing online stores, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to boost revenue and profitability. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough product research to identify trending, high-demand, and profitable items.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer demand.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and dropshipping platforms.
- Manage and optimize dropshipping stores, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and collections.
- Oversee product uploading, inventory tracking, and order processing.
- Monitor supplier performance, product availability, shipping times, and quality control.
- Coordinate with suppliers on orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service issues.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
- Track store performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, and key e-commerce KPIs.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Analyze advertising performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on products, creatives, pricing, landing pages, and offers.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Identify opportunities for store expansion and new product categories.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, expenses, advertising costs, and profitability.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in dropshipping, e-commerce, advertising, and consumer behavior.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in dropshipping or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of dropshipping business models and e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Experience in product research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with suppliers and sourcing platforms like AliExpress, CJdropshipping, Alibaba, Zendrop, or equivalents.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Solid grasp of e-commerce metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and profit margin.
- Ability to identify winning products and assess their profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
