DTC Manager (Direct-to-Consumer)

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and grow the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business across all owned digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and enhancing the customer experience by developing and executing effective strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing multiple aspects of the online business, including product sourcing, marketing campaigns, product launches, merchandising, and data analysis to optimize overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth, profitability, and customer experience for the DTC business across all owned digital platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies that accelerate revenue growth, improve customer acquisition, optimize website performance, and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Source and research products, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, manage product launches, merchandising, and conduct analytics and reporting to inform business decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing DTC platforms, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including afternoon and evening shifts, based on business needs.

This position is based in Karachi and requires in-person attendance.
