This position requires a candidate with a primary education level who is skilled in operating duplicating machines. The role involves handling document reproduction tasks efficiently and maintaining the equipment in good working order. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing photocopies and duplicates of official documents, ensuring that all reproduced materials are properly organized and stored. Attention to detail and basic maintenance of supplies and equipment are essential components of this job. The position is open to individuals aged between 18 and 30 years, with age relaxation available according to government regulations. Candidates must be domiciled in Balochistan and will be considered on merit.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate duplicating and document reproduction machines to produce copies of official documents.
- Prepare photocopies and duplicates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the basic working condition of duplicating equipment.
- Arrange and organize reproduced documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Monitor and manage paper and other consumable supplies to avoid shortages.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Primary level education is mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience in operating duplicating machines is essential.
- No specific minimum years of experience required, but familiarity with the equipment is necessary.
- Age limit: 18 to 30 years, with age relaxation as per applicable government rules.
- Domicile: Must be from Balochistan.
