We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both implementation projects and post-go-live functional support. This role is based onsite at our Gulberg, Lahore office and requires a full-time commitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, supporting business processes, and ensuring smooth Dynamics 365 operations across various functional modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide ongoing functional support to multiple customers, addressing and resolving business and process-related issues effectively.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, preparing detailed functional documentation to guide technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Engage directly with customers through meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions to clarify needs and deliver value.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Work independently when required, while also contributing as a proactive team member within the project environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules and related business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.
