We are seeking a dedicated Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both implementation projects and post-go-live functional support within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. This full-time, onsite role requires a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring smooth project delivery and ongoing system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide functional support to multiple clients, troubleshooting and resolving business and process-related issues promptly.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional documentation for technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with customers through meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions to ensure comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and project coordination.
- Work independently while also contributing as a proactive team member within project groups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and related business processes to provide informed recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules and associated business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with development teams.
- Experience in providing functional support and resolving client issues post-implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.
