We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions. This position requires a strong functional understanding of supply chain processes along with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role is full-time and on-site, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on delivering high-quality ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 SCM solutions.
- Configure and optimize various D365 Supply Chain Management modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, and Master Planning.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, gap analysis, and design tailored solutions.
- Support system testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, training, and go-live activities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to ensure smooth system operation.
- Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, user guides, and process specifications.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers for customizations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuously seek opportunities to improve system processes.
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 SCM or D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and ERP business processes.
- Proven experience in D365 SCM implementation, configuration, or support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with clients and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or D365 Finance & Operations certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with full-cycle ERP implementations adds significant value.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, integrations, or reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients or on global implementation projects is advantageous.
