E-Commerce Associate – Urgent Hiring

Paklap.pk, a leading online retailer specializing in laptops in Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to support daily website operations. This role involves managing product listings, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the sales team with product-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of laptops and computer hardware, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings: Add, update, and maintain laptop and technology product listings on the website, ensuring accurate specifications, descriptions, images, and stock availability.

Website Pricing: Regularly update product prices based on vendor quotations, market trends, and management directives.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.

Sales Team Support: Provide the sales team with up-to-date product specifications, stock status, pricing information, and alternative options to assist customer inquiries.

Vendor Payments: Coordinate with the relevant team to follow up on vendor payments and ensure timely processing, without handling accounting or bookkeeping tasks.

Inventory Updates: Maintain accurate stock availability on the website and collaborate with internal departments for product updates.

Product Research: Keep abreast of the latest laptop models, specifications, new launches, and market pricing to support informed decision-making.

Daily Operations: Ensure all product information is accurate and facilitate seamless communication between vendors, the website team, and sales department.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, product management, or vendor coordination is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of laptops, including processors, graphics cards, and other computer specifications.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

- Experience managing products on e-commerce platforms or content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage daily operational tasks efficiently.

- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented work ethic.
