E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

A.I. Textiles is looking for a dedicated and analytical E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow its online sales channels. This full-time, office-based position is located in Faisalabad and focuses on expanding the company’s presence on major digital marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TEMU, and Shopify. The role involves taking full ownership of the company’s digital footprint within the bedding, towels, and home textile categories, ensuring optimized sales performance and enhanced brand visibility on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory levels, and both visual and textual content across Amazon, eBay, TEMU, and Shopify platforms. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and boost conversion rates. Plan, implement, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (PPC) along with broader digital marketing initiatives to maximize return on ad spend. Oversee daily order fulfillment processes, monitor account health metrics, respond to customer inquiries, and manage returns to maintain excellent seller ratings. Analyze and report on sales performance, advertising costs, and profitability using MS Excel and platform-specific dashboards. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to promptly resolve any fulfillment or operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Shopify stores effectively. Demonstrated ability to create high-converting product listings and manage paid advertising campaigns successfully. Strong understanding of e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent written English skills with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
