E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

A.I. Textiles is looking to expand its digital presence by hiring an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize its online sales channels. This full-time, office-based role in Faisalabad involves taking full ownership of the company’s digital marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, TEMU, and Shopify. The successful candidate will focus on driving sales growth for bedding, towels, and home textile products by overseeing product listings, pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory levels, and visual/text assets across Amazon, eBay, TEMU, and Shopify platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and improve conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (PPC) and broader digital marketing efforts to maximize return on ad spend.
- Monitor daily order fulfillment, account health metrics, customer inquiries, and returns to maintain excellent seller ratings.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, advertising expenditures, and profitability using MS Excel and platform dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to quickly resolve any fulfillment issues or bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Shopify stores effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-converting product listings and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent written English skills and a keen attention to detail.
