E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing e-commerce team based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving customer issues promptly, monitoring nationwide deliveries, and managing product listings. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient logistics and providing excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer complaints effectively by providing timely and professional resolutions. Track around 40 to 50 dispatched shipments daily across Pakistan, ensuring that deliveries meet the company’s key performance indicators. Respond promptly to sales-related inquiries via WhatsApp, maintaining clear and courteous communication at all times. Submit daily operational reports to the line manager to monitor workflow and identify any issues. Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports focusing on shipment tracking and delivery confirmations. Update website product listings daily, including uploading new items and accurately marking stock availability.

Required Qualifications
Minimum education of Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent. At least one year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or logistics. Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to use formulas at an intermediate level. Good English writing and communication skills are essential. A clear and confident voice suitable for professional phone communication. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in customer service and handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls is preferred. Comfortable managing 30 to 40 calls and 40 to 50 customer chats daily without hesitation. The salary range for this position is PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month. A monthly travel allowance is provided according to company policy. An attendance bonus of PKR 2,500 per month is offered for full attendance. Provident fund deduction of PKR 2,000 applies. The role includes an annual leave entitlement of 12 days. The work environment is supportive and friendly, offering opportunities for professional growth.

This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, totaling 10-hour shifts. The workplace is located at Falak Corporate City, Talpur Road, Karachi, near I.I. Chundrigar Road and opposite the National Bank of Pakistan Head Office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting employment.
