E-Commerce Executive (Male Only)

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level E-Commerce Executive based in Karachi to oversee daily e-commerce operations. The role involves managing the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving customer orders through to dispatch and coordination with courier services. This position requires close collaboration with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of handling operational challenges to maintain a smooth order flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete order fulfillment cycle, including order confirmation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to process and pack orders efficiently.
- Prepare orders for timely dispatch and ensure all shipments are organized properly.
- Liaise with courier partners to schedule pickups, monitor deliveries, and resolve shipment issues.
- Track dispatched orders and proactively follow up on any delays or returns.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and deliveries for reporting purposes.
- Address day-to-day operational issues related to e-commerce and ensure seamless order processing.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve customer or order-related concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or order management, preferably at a junior or mid-level capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, courier services, and internal teams.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order tracking systems.
- Good communication skills to handle coordination and problem resolution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in person at the Karachi office location.

Compensation:
- Basic Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
- After probation, additional benefits include:
- Fuel Allowance: PKR 2,000
- Attendance Allowance: PKR 5,000
- Total Monthly Package: Up to PKR 42,000
