E-Commerce Generalist

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory control, and order fulfillment across various online marketplaces.
- Collaborate with platform teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and market presence.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Design product graphics and creative assets to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records, using data-driven insights to recommend enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to create business value and foster a positive working environment.

Required Qualifications

- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter who can independently manage assigned tasks with excellence.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, along with a basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising principles.
- Competence with software tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Notion), and graphic design software such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated sales experience focused on online retail environments and revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Quick learner who follows instructions carefully and executes tasks flawlessly.
