E-Commerce Growth Manager

Premier Housewares is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-Commerce Growth Lead / Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s e-commerce growth by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution of online campaigns and sales initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and analytical skills to manage the entire e-commerce lifecycle, from traffic generation to conversion, order fulfillment, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate weekly growth priorities into actionable tasks for each department resource, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce performance tracker, weekly action tracker, blockers list, and decision log to monitor progress and identify challenges.
- Act as the central coordinator between operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO, and management teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Verify that product details, campaign strategies, website content, stock levels, pricing, and reporting inputs are fully aligned before launching any campaigns.
- Monitor daily Shopify sales, orders, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), returning customer rate, and revenue segmented by channel.
- Promptly escalate issues related to access, approval delays, stock shortages, website bugs, tracking discrepancies, and team performance concerns.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly management updates highlighting key wins, losses, blockers, next steps, and decisions required.
- Ensure all team members submit their reports according to the agreed frequency and format, maintaining accountability and transparency.
- Oversee the complete e-commerce lifecycle, ensuring effective management of traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, order coordination, customer retention, and performance reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce roles.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify platform and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the UK market is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based at our office located in Gulberg III, Lahore. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
